[DE] Ipad App tuning to wrong channel

Let me preface this by saying that I've been told in the past that my box isn't supposed to work with the Ipad App, and the fact that it does at all confuses MC. However, it's been quite reliable for me for several years-changing channels and setting recordings. Using the app there are 3 ways to tune the DVR: I can press the remote control icon, enter a channel number, and get the right one. I can pick a program from the grid, click "Watch on TV", and get the right program. Or I can select the channel number to the left side of the program grid. If the channel is betweeen 1-161, I get the right channel. If the channel is between 163-493, I need to select the channel 1 slot higher (for example-select 312 if I want to watch 311) (NOTE: 162 is a channel I can view, but it's not listed in the App). Channels above 500: I need to press 2 slots higher than the channel I want to watch (selecting 807 lets me watch 805). (NOTE: my box has a 494, but that channel doesn't appear on the App.) Selecting channels 961 and up in the App gives me the right channel. 899 is listed in the Ipad App, but not on my DVR's menu. And while I'm at it, the App's programming for Ch 99 lists what's actually on 9 WRDE (generic NBC-Tonight Show, Late Night with Seth Myers, etc ), but ch 99 is actually Cozi (Miami Vice). Is there anybody who tries to use this App (and has a cable box that MC admits should work with this App) that can reproduce this? In each case, the behavior of the App changes when there's a difference between the channel listing in the App and on my box. My experience is with the system in Delaware, but my theory is that any local system that doesn't have the 2 channel assignments synchronized will act this way.
