Can you find out why was I charged a "Regional Sports Network Surcharge" of $3.48 ? I do not have any special sports or normal sports channels in my package. I understand what the Local Broadcast Station Surcharge is because I get the local channels, but I don't get any sports channels. It should be removed from my bill.
I'm also being double taxed. Local Sales Tax is showing twice on all my bills, (eg. Local Sales Tax 0.06, Local Sales Tax 0.18) as is the State Sales Tax. I need one of those removed. I should only pay tax once on the total bill, not twice. No one that I have talked with is getting this on their bills.
