Consumer Reports has a nice article about TV/Internet services in the August 2017 issue. To nobody's surprise here on this forum - Mediacom consistently is the worst of the worst providers in America. In TV Service,MC scores DEAD Last out of 32 providers. In Internet service MC still get a poor rating 36 out of 48 providers. In Bundled Services, MC once again scores BIG. Almost dead last (#19) just losing out to dead last (#20) by Frontier...
Personally I have a love/hate relationship with MC over many years. Their service can be good and it can be horrible - Really Horrible. Value is not a word you can use with Mediacom unless you get into a Promo. Also I have NEVER had the feeling that Mediacom values me as a customer.
Will MC ever shed their horrible reputation among subscribers?I doubt MC cares as they have been at the bottom of Consumer Report's ratings for years and have yet to improve their image in spite of new customer service programs.
