As posted prior; been having problems with internet at office in Argos and home in Culver.......
On August 26th Mediacom support set an appointment for service at Culver, as I now have no internet service at all. At that time the only appointment available was Sept 1 between 8 and 12. Wait a week for service and then have to take off of work and wait for someone to show up.
Today is the 1st and I dutifully waited at home until 12 noon. No service tech. Called Mediacom and they said no one available. Someone had quit this morning. They couldn't phone to let me know or res-schedule. After an hour on the phone a nice Mediacom lady said someone would be out today and they would phone to arrange the time.
It's now 4pm and I just had a call from a tech..... they will not be there today and will re-schedule my appointment for September 13th!! That's the earliest available!!!
Really???!! Two weeks from now?
I hate to continue to rant.... but Mediacom, how can you possibly provide worse service than this??
There is an option in Argos for other service...... not so much in Culver. Anyone know of an alternative service for Culver other than Mediacom?
By the way....... I am a 14 year customer in two locations..... spent tens of thousands $$$$ with Mediacom.
