This is the third straight week I have experience a total internet outage in Spring Grove, IL. Each time the outage has started around 11am and persisted through working hours (at this time it is still out).
Is this scheduled maintenance? Are we receiving massive credits for this lack of service? I have been VERY patient with mediacom but this is getting beyond the point inconvenience and into the realm of not being able to uphold obligations.
