Had the tech out today since we have been having speed issues for about 2 weeks now everything in the house checked out good he then told us there is an area issue that is affecting 200+ modems for those of us living near Palmer College and there is a problem with the node so he put in a call to maintenance to have the node repaired should take about 48hrs..... so if you live around palmer and are having issues this might be what is causing them.
