Me and my family have just purchased a cpl PS4's, and are having horrible download speeds trying to get games. We read in some forums that we had to change our NAT, or something, or that we could just go to mediacom and tell them we have PS4's and they will open up the required ports, etc. Does anyone know if this is true?
