Ok, just curious if this is widespread. Open a command prompt. Type in:
ping 8.8.8.8 -t (enter)
Let that run for an hour, then press control+c... Report what your packet loss is. I haven't had better than 2% loss in the last 2 months, which is unacceptable service. Right now, I'm hitting 6%.
