Has anyone run into missing channels on their TiVo? I'm supposed to get IFC in hd and it says I'm not subscribed. I've verified with 3 different phone techs and an on-site tech that I should be getting this. Now next issue. I just subscribed to Starz and I get every channel but 885 Starz hd-e. The error code on this channel is Searching for a signal on this channel (v52). I checked the signal strength and it's peaking at 66. All of the other Starz channels are working fine. It's just 885. A tech came out this morning and said there was nothing they could do. They said someone else was experiencing the same issue (with ifc) and that a supervisor was looking into this. Then they promptly left. They said just to keep checking back to see if IFC hd showed up. Here's the back story...I've been through 4 modems since August (all Technicolor docsis 3.1) and have finally acquired an Ubee. I've had Cox, dish, Time Warner, Comcast, and I've never had the issues I've been experiencing since August. Heck I've been a Mediacom customer since 2010 and never had these issues until August. The kicker is I'm paying more than I ever have for those other providers services and am getting much worse service in return! Please Chad HELP!!!!!
