Pricing info for current customer.

My mother is on a fixed income, and has been a Mediacom customer for 6-7 years now. Her income is about to be split in half, and she is doing what's necessary to adapt to the change. DirecTV is offering some nice deals to her right now and it will be much cheaper, and going through them and Frontier together would cost about $90 a month as opposed to the $185 she's paying now for internet and TV through MediaCom. This isn't a pricing complaint, just wondering what sort of retention plans / offers she can expect when she calls to try and cancel service?
