[MO] Still being charged for a returned modem...30 months later.

I have tried to contact the Billing Reps online, and always get brushed off by saying "We'll have an answer for you in a few days" and "we'll coordinate with our account specialist". I've gotten no resolution. I bought a modem back in September of 2015, and upgraded this modem in August of 2017. I returned the modem to my local Mediacom office. Should have gotten a receipt, but I didn't. To my shock, I have been being charged for a modem since September of 2015, so for the last 30 months, a $7.50 charge has been on my account. Which means as of this month, $225.00 has been taken from me for a returned modem. The one I bought in September was a Surfboard SB6183 and the current modem is a Netgear modem.
