Hey guys, I recently moved to a new place in Davenport Iowa. I had gigabit at my old place and I do here as well at the new town house. The wife was having a few issues with slowing down / pages timing out and I had some disconnect issues. I decided to login to clear access and see if anyone was on the network. I don't know anything about tivo or moca, but I am seeing A LOT of devices on my modem. I am using mediacoms docsis 3.1 technicolor modem currently. I am showing devices online 8. Out of these 8 devices, 2 of them are ours, the other 6 are amazon/tivo devices that I have no idea what are. They just say "online moca" when hovering over them. Can someone explain what these are for me?
Also, I am getting ready to upgrade to the cm1000 modem. Now that they have been out for awhile, are they pretty good? It's a decent chunk cheaper than the sb8200 currently (especially with the coupon that I have). I can get it for about 135 brand new in the box currently. Let me know if you think its a good idea. Thanks for the help guys.
