I have had the GB service since September. I have yet to get resolution to my issue.
I have placed 13 calls into support, SEVERAL tech visits, 3 modems. Only recently have I received any credit (which at this point I guess is better than nothing) I have YET another tech visit scheduled for Monday
My uploads are excellent and where they should be. I have been trying to be understanding and patient.
Either provide customers with advertised speeds or pull the option until you have it working.
