The First post here was to see how many were displeased. I see many many that are as unhappy as I am. I did try the biz class but things got totally messed up and today (9/14) I thinks I finally got it taken care of. Though I am in Colorado on vacation I, when I get back I will fix once and for all or go to the 6 meg down dsl. I won't die/maybe cry some. Point being I see such a mess with accounts and misunderstandings that one best watch his invoice carefully. Mediacom "tried" too get and extra 30 bux according to the online bill. Late fee too when they auto withdraw. So make sure your paper or online invoices are correct to what your original agreement was.
