We moved into a newly (currently) built neighborhood in Ocean View, DE. Mediacom is the only provider and was very quick to come out and hook up cable/internet for everyone. Problem is they just installed an above ground cable, hooked everything up and then told us "someone would be back in a couple of weeks" to bury the cable. Well 6 weeks later (longer for others) cables still above ground and calling Medicacom results in them "making an appointment" to have the work done and no technicians show up. Has anyone else experienced this and/or managed to get them to finish the work?
