Why does Mediacom do Maintenance every few weeks or so in the Des Moines area? When they do Maintenance I have to unplug my modem and plug it back in. I have a samsung modem this is very inconvenient.
Mediacom never sends notices.
I have fiber services at work not from Mediacom and they never go down.
