The past several days have been INSANE!! I have a Mediacom cable box and a digital converter for another tv. Starting Monday, some of my channels gave me the message "One Moment Please, This channel should be available shortly." Ref code S0a00. Last night (early Wed morning) NONE of my channels worked. NONE of them. I even connected the cable directly to my tv and the tv could not find ANY digital or analog channels. It found "RF" channels but nothing worked. This morning, around 9 AM, everything came back miraculously and worked fine until around 9 PM tonight, and now I'm missing various channels, like BBC America, Logo, Ovation, Sundance, ALL of my Starz, ALL local channels. Both regular and HD channels are out. I am getting around 20 channels, total. It did this Tuesday night, too. I have to CALL support and speak to someone who gives me the runaround, denies there are outages, tells me it is only me and there is nothing they can do until NEXT WEEK! I work from home. I always have the tv on in the background. I'm going nuts! OH! Almost forgot - a tech was here on Monday, and he said everything was working great! Good signal from cable box, etc., and then 2 hrs after he left - haywire. I find it hard to believe it is ME when everything was working just a few hours ago!
