We recently purchased a house. We called to get service connected and Mediacom is telling us they can't provide service. The neighbors have a tap that is about 225 ft away from our house. Is there anything they can do to connect our service from that tap or will they have to feed new tap onto our property?
There are two new houses being built next to ours that will also be without service. Is there anyone we can contact in regards to new construction and taps being installed?
