I have been experiencing cable modem signal dropping issues for a few weeks. My son has been complain that about a few times a day the internet connection will drop. He said an outage last week Thursday was over 1 hour. But most are less than 10min. He games online, so that is a big pain for him.
It happened tonight when I was here the cable modem signal dropped and it resynced in a few min.
Can someone from the Mediacom team check my modem and local area for a reason for the drop outs?
