For months I've had issue after issue after issue. I've had probably 6 tech visits. Ive had fairly consistent upload drops, where it will spend hours sitting around 1mbps or less. I live stream for a living so this has been effectively screwing me out of income. I try to explain the problem to support, support tries to tell me that the >1mbps I'm getting is "normal and variations like that in upload speed are normal" which is unbelievable that they would even say that to me, thinking that I'm gonna believe that. It's like pulling teeth to get them to even look into the issues, and when they do all I get is a " there seems to be a high amount of modem errors" and they want to swap out the modem which they have done at least 4 seperate times. The modem that was put in today was brand new, and STILL the problem occurs. Packet loss sits at about 3-5% when this occurs, speeds usually dont go any higher than 2mbps, and download speeds usually dip to about 100mbps when this occurs as well. (We have the 200/20 internet package BTW) idk what else to do. In the rare occasion that the internet isnt being awful, my speeds are usually higher that what we pay for, but even then, the quality of the connection to the ingest servers I stream to are usually poor, which I cant wrap my head around, unless the way the network is routed is really that poor.
