My Cabel and internet services has been down since last saturday. I was able o schedule an appointment with a technician april 10th but they never showed and I was forced to reschedule.
The modem isn’t working. The LED light that says online isn’t lighting up.
I just have an askey modem model: TCG310
I don’t get any signal at all. Not sure what i’m supposed to do please help.
