[IA] MediacomChad, save me from my ridiculous bill and new packet loss

My current account is for a 100/10 internet connection and one step above the most basic cable with an HD box. That is all I need/use. I was "bundled with Tivo and phone to save money" when I initially signed up 3 years ago and I just found that I am currently paying $160+ a month. This seems crazy when I have friends and relatives in nearby areas that pay less than I do per month for similar tv but they get gigabit internet. I've contacted the customer loyalty/retention department over the phone and the offers I've been given are laughable. I also have had issues that started in the last couple of months with spurts of packet loss when connecting to gaming servers all across the US. It doesn't matter if the servers are West, Mid, East, or South US. I regularly record spikes of high packet loss and it has noticeably impacted my experience. Please help.
