Have a 50gb line coming directly into the modem with LAN to my laptop. For a month connections have been dropping more and more frequently and for longer periods of time. Seems to get stuck on the upload settings. Had a tech out twice and he says there's "issues they're working on" but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. He says everything looks good here but they're still dropping a new line at some point from the pole to the house (just dropped one last year). I run a business out of my home and this is crucial to my livelihood. Can't deal with Centurylink and 3mb speeds. Anybody else in the Marshfield area experiencing this? And has anybody found a better alternative to MC? Seriously looking.
