I built new home and of course a new street # had to be created for it. So when I went into the Mediacom website and put in my address, the response was that they can not service my address. So I checked with neighbors, next door and across the street. Both of them have Mediacom. So I called 800 # and I received the same spill that it can’t be serviced even after explaining that both neighbors have service. Is there another contact that can help?
