I haven't been able to access my email account since Monday. The cause of this is because I tried to access the online Mediacom account, couldn't quite remember my password, tried a couple, then tried to reset my password. I thought I successfully reset it but now when I try to log in online it says"fails to log in". Ever since, when I try to access my email, it says password is wrong and when I try to enter the new or old password, it still doesn't work. I talked with support on 7/3 but they said they have to escalate it up to their Total Care department because they think it has to do with my email still being associated with an old account based on my old address. They said the email was never properly transferred to my current account. I was told I would hear from then in 24-48 hours. It's been over 48hrs and I haven't heard. It's really frustrating that I can't access any of my email as I use Mediacom email as my main email address. Please help.
