I have had Mediacom Service for over 5 years now but since april or so of 2019 The Modem Keeps Resetting this happens around 10-20 times a day. The Tech who came to the house replaced the splitters which did not fix the issue. The tech came again replaced the Modem which did not fix the issue. Im using a linksys router which is working fine the signal levels link does not work. Just simply says page cannot be displayed. I have tried talking to tech about this issue and the call center but they just want to make another apointment. The tech has done been here twice at this point and the issue still persists. This modem worked for over 2 years no issues then all of a sudden issues the modem make seems to be hitron Model :cgnv.
