Just need to vent, already have messaged MediacomChad, but I really hate that I'm paying Mediacom to treat me like I'm a nuisance. 1 hour into my scheduled service window I get a call saying they're essentially understaffed and my appointment needs to be moved. If my internet connection wasn't so incredibly terrible right now I wouldn't have cared to much but now my appoint has been moved to Wednesday. I'm losing complete connection to the internet for 10 to 60+ seconds every 3 or 4 minutes now. It's hard to watch videos, hard to browse, can't play any online games. There is no way they just found out today that I was on the chopping block and there is no way they're so backed up now that my appointment had to be pushed back 5 days.
May seriously start looking into ISP alternatives if this is the level of support I can expect from Mediacom as a paying customer for around 3 years now.
