Service down yet again

Yet again, Mediacom drops the ball. Not once, but TWICE in the same day. To shed some light on the situation, whenever one of my neighbors connects or disconnects service or has any type of work done in the junction box outside, my service somehow gets disconnected. This is the third time this exact issue has happened, even though the last two times I was assured this would never happen again. So, Mediacom was out doing some work for one of my neighbors and surprise surprise my service gets disconnected. I wait around outside to catch him, but he must have been inside someone's house. I go back inside since it was almost 90 degrees outside, wait a few minutes, go back outside and he's already gone. I call up tech support, at first they tell me they can't get someone out for like 4 days. I get transferred to the escalation team, they call dispatch and assure me that someone will be back out later today and that I shouldn't worry about a pre call from the technician as all the work he has to do is outside at the junction box. Fast forward a couple hours, I suddenly have a voicemail from the automated service letting me know my service call has been rescheduled/put on hold since the tech couldn't get ahold of me. Awesome right? I call back in to tech support, get escalated to a supervisor this time instead of the escalation team, and now they're telling me there is pretty much nothing they can do, and get this...service calls are now scheduled out till the 11th somehow. So, at this point I'm still without service due to a problem caused by a Mediacom employee, for the THIRD TIME and there's a good chance I'll be down 4 days or more. Thanks again Mediacom, top notch customer service yet again...
