For a while, I've been experiencing intermittent network issues. A technician was dispatched recently and he replaced our modem with a new model (TCG310). He stated that he did not see any issues with our connection but did say that our wireless router could be causing the issue. We removed the router since the new modem has wireless capabilities and everything was fine for a bit but the issues started up again. Yesterday, we had around five disconnects in a three hour period. Each disconnect lasts around 30 seconds and I can see the modem reset itself (online light goes off, blinks, and then becomes solid upon regaining connection).
This happens daily.
