Good Morning
First post here and first real problems with Mediacom in my home. Yesterday when i came home from work i had zero internet throughout the house. My Netgear C7000 was showing the upstream flashing green, then would go solid amber color. It kept repeating this cycle for hours. Tried power cycling and the internet would come back every once in a while before cutting out again. Customer service could not help out over the phone and scheduled an appointment for next monday.
At about 9pm last night i finally regained internet but the modem has been solid amber for the upstream. Checking the connection on my modem/router it is showing locked to only 1 upstream channel. When you troubleshoot on the mediacom website it is showing a signal error from my modem. The connection on my ps4 was good even on 1 channel (104 down / 8 up). It should be on more channels though correct?
