Ft dodge ia, poster from ames earlier I saw have exact same issues. Constant drops in 10 to 20 mins and less then 1mb upspeed. I get my full down speed which is great but pretty useless when any video stream rebuffed every 10 mins and takes more time to reload then watching. I tried to contact support and not sure if it was a glitch on their end or not but pretty sure support just cancelled on me
