As title stated I am having tons of internet problems. Mediacom has sent 2 techs over, both verified problems outside. Mediacom sent a maintenance crew out to fix it but said nothing was wrong. I was then told by someone on the phone through mediacom I had bad equipment. I just switched out my modem and router, that can't be the case. I need help....
I'm paying for fiber, only generally get a quarter of the speed, and my upload consistently goes under 2mpbs. I pay lots of money to get this fixed, I want a resolution! I had a eero pro router and cm1000 router, new setup is now orbi router with arris 8200
