[RANT] Cable not working in weather conditions.

I have a service appt scheduled for this coming Monday since I called on Monday to schedule one. Well now my cable is worse than it was the other night. It has rained since last night. Not much rain and sometimes just misting. I get home from work later tonight and I’ve lost even more channels and the most important channels to my kiddos, Disney! I’ve already lost my movie channels in which i pay extra every month for. Im tired of when the weather is cold or raining, I lose signal. I’ve probably had every tech within the area out here before and still not resolved. The techs that come out know its not an issue with the cable line from box to house. They replaced this line less than a year ago. One of the last techs even attached a new cable line from his spoil on his truck directly to my tv before spending time running it into the house and it didn’t change the signal strength. Its an issues with the cable line coming into the main box on our four plex. Neighbors had issues too but he doesn’t watch disney. Not sure why maintenance cant fix the issue but im tired of paying $190/month for crap. There was a contractor hired to put a new cable line from our box on our four plex to main box in grass next door. This was in the Spring I believe. Ever since that, its been junk. Im Always worried when I come home if Ill have tv or not. A customer should never have to worry about this. How can we get this fixed for good without sending techs to come check in my place for issues? I can’t take off work for this all the time either. I would love to talk to a manager or something. I dont want to blast this on social media or go with another company but im getting no where. Please help! Thank you for your time.
