I was told existing customers would not be subject to data caps.
I signed my contract just under two years ago with no data caps.
I just got a call from Mediacom stating I have hit 76% of my cap....
This is only using netflix, amazon prime, and hulu plus for TV...
I was not even worried about hitting this cap when I heard about it since I NEVER use my mediacom connection for downloading, I have a separate internet connection for downloading.
This is ridiculous
