Since couple of months I am experiencing frequent episodic major packetloss (30-100%) with duration of 5 min to 1 hr periods, during this time modem logs show multiple "Ranging Response received - T3 time-out". My neighbor with mediacom experiences the same issue. Technician came twice, replaced all the connectors and tested the line. He requested a line maintenance, however nothing changed. Right now I cannot even finish a speedtest. I am unsure what else I can do at this point. Any advice and help would be appreciated.
I run modem -> router -> Win 10 PC (via 1Gbps Ethernet)
