[MO] Speeds since storms Friday

I did call in just to report speed issues since last week but I don’t think the first line of support are equipped to handle reports as she tried to read me down the routine script, reboot the router etc etc. i allowed it to go up to the point of scheduling a tech visit. So I thought I would post here to see if this is post-storm related which is understandable or if there is another issue. Speeds down are near 20mb max most of the day. Upstreams seem normal except every once in awhile it drops to 2-4mbps. I just wanted to make sure someone up the line was aware of it if it wasn’t already part of the infrastructure repair… Thanks!
