Arris tells me Mediacom is responsible for high power readings for my upstream bonded channels and is the cause for
my intermittent speed issues (15-20mbps on 100mbps service). A tech came a couple of months ago but did not find anything.
Mediacom kept saying it was my problem. Two Arris tech support agents tell me that the issue is Mediacom and not my modem.
Mediacom agents say they show a different (lower) power level reading on their end and it's not their issue. Yet I'm connected
directly to my modem by ethernet and the Motorola status page gives the information below.
Additionally, Arris says I should have four (4) bonded upstream channels. But Mediacom tech support tells me it's not a Mediacom issue.
The same agents that didn't know what "Upstream Bonded Channels" were or the power values. Asked for tier 2 or 3 support, but
apparently that doesn't exist according to them. Left wondering if there's an upstream noise issue or an underground cable issue since
T3 and T4 errors are showing?
