I've had this problem for months now, and it's frustrating to say the least. At its worst, it was several times an hour, at its best, maybe a few times a week. The connection will drop out for a minute or less, sometimes longer. Any time it happens, I immediately check the modem and router pages, and either the modem is offline, or there's no internet connection on the router. Eventually my Upstream will stop bonding on the 3 channels that it's normally bonded to and won't bond to more than 1 channel. Reboots don't fix it, or it's temporary at best, because eventually it'll drop back down to 1 channel on the Upstream and I'll notice the Upstream light on the modem is flashing orange, or flashing green instead of solid green.
I had a tech out about a month ago, and he said it could of been my modem, but he'd check outside first. He replaced the barrel connector at the pole because it had been corroded and you could hear it rattling around inside the connector. I figured I'd order another modem just to check anyway. The new modem worked fine for 2 weeks. Then about 2 weeks ago, it started to happen again, and was happening multiple times per day, so I set up another appointment for 3/26/2020. Tech shows up, checks outside, says signal levels are great, but there are some errors on the line, they could just be from their system and he'd have his supervisor monitor the area and to call back if it keeps happening.
Here's my modem/router, and I unfortunately have to use Wifi because the modem/router are on the opposite side of the house. Also a screenshot of my modem signal levels after a recent reboot.
