Hello folks I've recently purchased and had my own cable modem installed. Due to the current COVID19 situation I was told that my local Mediacom office was not open for hardware returns. I was told that I could take the Mediacom hardware to a UPS store and have it returned free of charge. How may I do this? What information is needed?
