ever since we moved from CenturyLink to Mediacom we've been having issues with our internet speed. My son is a streamer and he often cannot play and stream at the same time because the speed is so slow even if he's the only person at our house using the internet. Before we switched over to Mediacom we asked the rep about this and she said it wouldn't be an issue and that our new package would be "rocket ship fast" and it most definitely is not. How do we fix this or should be go back to CenturyLink?
