As some of you may know I am a service technician for Mediacom but posting here as a private individual unlike MediacomChad. Just wanted to say thanks to all of you out there for being understanding and very reasonable and making my job well...doable :D. I also learned that about 9 out of 10 people can swap out a modem on their own (even if they need me to guide them over the phone). So regardless if you are one of people who don't want me in your home (totally understandable) or one of those who can't wait to tell me how it's all a "hoax" so the government can have "complete control" (BTW I am working on a theory that this is somehow related to FOX News, because without fail everyone claiming this has their TVs on and tuned to FOX News) I wish you and your loved ones best of luck and once again thanks!
