Have had Mediacom gigabyte service for over 2 years now (eastern Iowa). Have had awful consistent ping spikes for at least 1.5 years. Usually these are worse in the evening but occur 24/7. Home is 2 years old. Have had 3 tech visits in the past 4 weeks to no avail. Entire house is hardwired with Cat 6. Main PC is hardwired. Hardware: Arris SB8200, Unifi Dream Machine Pro, Unifi 16 port switch gen 2, 2 FLEX HD WAPs. I have tried different modems and routers. QOS is on. A+ score on DSLreports (including bufferbloat). There is no "noise" on the lines in the house. Last tech that was out was a "supervisor" who said he would call me after he talks to his "networking guys", but of course that never happened, and I have no way of getting in touch with him. Any help would be much appreciated. I am unable to play any online game competitively and also very annoying lag while streaming media. I have attached the status page from my SB8200. Thanks
