For what its worth there is a communication issue that i can't seem to get a straight answer. I bought a new modem had it provisioned, but my speeds have dropped almost to nil.
It is so bad if this was a humans vital signs I would be flat lined. All i ask is that the service is fixed proper, not to spend every day checking to see whats wrong is the service.
Today i am told to turn off IPV6. Nothing on my end has changed yet why send a tech out to tell me its in the system somewhere? This was supposed to be resolved weeks ago. Mediacom claims to have a signal issue they are tracking but that is all they do. This needs to be fixed not tracked, since we all know it is there.
My signals are currently as the pic shows. I just tried to do a speedtest and it failed and lost connection.

Yes I was on with MediaChad, but can't even stream now.. Suppose to be 950/50
