[CA] Another case of "intermittent packet loss and unstable connection"

Hi, I've had gigabit Mediacom service for about a month now, and I've been experiencing intermittent packet loss and unstable connection since day 1. I'm using a brand new SB8200 and a Netgear RAX80 router (not sure how relevant that is, though). A week or two in I noticed unacceptable signal levels and high (un)correctable counts, and a technician came out to assess the issue - they removed a signal booster (that's what the tech called it, he mentioned it was more of a high-pass filter for boosting upstream levels, which he said wasn't worth the negative impact it had on downstream levels), and levels immediately got quite a bit better (see the immediate change near the middle of the graph around 9/08 16:00: https://imgur.com/HMOblxx (images hosted elsewhere because they are rather high resolution and dslreports post pages don't cope well...) The technician also mentioned that he put in a work order to have the levels adjusted closer to the main road near me, which I believe I can see in the above graph around 24 hours after the initial boost. This seems to have all but completely fixed my (un)correctables - since the technician came out I have had uncorrectables on downstream channels 15 and 16, largely 16. I also have a huge number of correctables on channel 159 (along with ~700 uncorrectables) but my limited knowledge tells me those are OFDM(A?) channels on which those numbers are... expected? Allowable? I'm not sure. I'm not an expert on reading these numbers though, obviously. Here's what my packet loss looks like for the last ~12 days: https://imgur.com/TTvHKY1 The 100% loss events happen every day or two, and they are extremely disruptive (two people working from home). I just got off a call with a customer service representative who I raised my concerns with again and someone will be coming out next week, though I'm not sure what they'll be doing that the previous technician did not. Here's the downstream SNR graph if that's helpful at all: https://imgur.com/QXYQIgK Also for what it's worth, the technician that came out didn't see anything wrong with the coax run, it's only about 20 feet from the distribution box on a nearby structure. The cable, box, grounding point, and all that, are all brand new as far as I can tell - I believe our landlord had them put in late last year. Any advice is appreciated - if you have any insight into the data I've collected then feel free to elaborate, aside from this being an extremely annoying problem, I can appreciate how complicated managing this network must be. Thanks for your time!
