Hi, my internet is not working even though all the lights on my Arris SB8200 are properly lit. I directly connected an ethernet cable from the modem to my laptop and pc to make sure it wasn't an issue with the router. I had this issue once before and it was caused by something being wrong with the modem configuration.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've rebooted everything several times. Nothing has changed with my setup for many months so am not sure what has happened.
