So like all my other bills, mediacom has gone up on me... a lot. Perfect timing with this pandemic. Over the years every time this happens I call and we work something out that I agree with, usually with a contract.
Over the past 6 months, I've called twice and get told "we're no longer doing that" I asked to drop premiums and phone and get told you're breaking the package and that'll only save you a few dollars in the end.
Anyone get em to negotiate?
