NUMEROUS APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR NO-SHOWED BY MEDIACOM DESPITE BEING TOLD TIME AND TIME AGAIN THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED "NEXT WEEK" OR "BY THE END OF THE WEEK" AND MOST RECENTLY, FIVE DAYS IN A ROW "TOMORROW".
STILL. NOTHING.
I'VE HAD FRIENDS CANCEL THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL OUT, THEN SIGN UP FOR NEW SERVICE UNDER A DIFFERENT FAMILY MEMBER NAME AND HAD IT FIXED AND CONNECTED -- GET THIS -- ON THE SAME DAY!
