I play on a Day of Defeat: Source server called the 1st Marines Raider Battalion, as its one of the most populated servers for DoD. Been playing on it for years no issues. Last night I was having some high ping issues (I usually average under 70ms). However the server no longer shows up in my Steam server favorites. However the server is running and is fully populated as of this post since you can see here: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/208.167.243.207:27015/
I can ping it fine but traceroute shows 2 timeouts. Can anyone run a tracert and post back? If you have Steam can you try to add the server (208.167.243.207:27015) to see if it even shows up?
