Hi, I convinced my brother to join Mediacom to replace his DSL service. He has two kids and he and his wife are all schooling/working from home. They're 11 days from their billing cycle ending and just got notified they've hit their 1TB limit for the month already. I'd rather they stay at the same speed tier because everything they use is wireless and an increased download speed won't be realized.
What are his options? Are the quotas enforced? Will his bill be higher? Is Mediacom offering any forgiveness for folks who cannot work/school away from home?
Hoping to get some insight, they rely on my help to figure this stuff out, which I'm happy to do.
