[IA] Modem Drops Internet On max download speed

I have been through multiple modems and routers and increased my package since this whole thing started a few years back but it continues today. So i know its not my hardware. (2 modems, and 3 routers) if i start a download and it maxes my download and stays there for several minutes, the modem drops the connection. for a few minutes, literally a couple of minutes. the router soft resets to try and regain a WAN connection. this is the last log entry BEFORE it happened, but its not the log that shows it happening, i have alot of T3 timeouts without losing internet. it's not rebooting the modem, its not claiming to have dropped, all lights on the modem appear to be fine. Nov 27 2020 12:15:15 3-Critical R02.0 No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=6c:ca:08:82:36:f4;CMTS-MAC=00:17:10:93:d2:ae;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0; It comes back a few minutes later and i am back to max speed, dont have any clue who/what/when/where/how this is happening but its a once a day thing if i were to actually cap my connection once a day. it happens, and it usually is fine the rest of the day but not always. never seen a connection do that. it also doesnt matter what my signal levels are, good bad or ugly, it will still do it. its not the end of the world but it just did it again between 11:15 and 11:25am CST , when i went to download a game from MS (black friday sale), so i figured i would ask if anyone else has this type of thing happening.
